Since the use of herbal supplements does not involve any adverse effects like prescription medicines, they are considered generally safe to use. Around 100,000 in the US dies each year due to toxicities of synthetic drugs. So it is only understandable that many individuals who aims for a better quality of health look for alternatives.

One such alternative is medications derived from plants. These naturally occurring ingredients are processed in ways that are convenient to take. They come in tablets, capsules or liquid forms.

 

Are there any side effects?
